The John Boos DNB12 work table features a 1-3/4" thick Northern Hard Rock Maple top and a galvanized base and bracing, making it engineered for demanding commercial kitchens, bakeries, and food-prep lines. The expansive 10-foot maple surface provides ample space for tasks like rolling artisan dough or staging full-size sheet pans, while the rugged galvanized under-frame ensures stability, sanitation, and longevity that professionals can count on. To maintain the maple top, regular applications of Boos Mystery Oil and Board Cream are recommended to preserve moisture balance and sheen.
