This versatile workhorse features a robust 1-3/4" Northern Hard Rock Maple top, providing a sturdy, sanitary surface ideal for dough preparation, food prepping, and plating. Complementing the solid maple top is a durable galvanized base, ensuring long-lasting performance and NSF-listing for commercial-grade use.
