The John Boos DNB17 Work Table features a 1-3/4" thick Northern Hard Rock Maple top that is NSF Listed, ensuring it meets food service industry standards. The durable maple butcher-block surface is paired with a sturdy galvanized steel base, engineered to withstand the demands of busy commercial kitchens, bakeries, and restaurant prep areas. - The workspace is 96" W × 36" D, which can accommodate full sheet pans, fondant work, and high-volume prep.
- The 1-3/4" thick edge-grain Northern Hard Rock Maple surface is known for its hardness, longevity, and suitability for knife work.
- The food-safe penetrating oil finish is optional, and a Varnique sealant is also available.
- The 4" coved riser on the back and both ends keeps ingredients and tools on the table, not on the floor.
- The galvanized 16-ga legs have adjustable side and rear bracing for rock-solid stability.
- The six-leg frame (on all units 7 ft & longer) distributes weight evenly across the full 8-ft span.
- The 1" adjustable galvanized bullet feet make leveling the table quick and easy.
- The table is shipped knocked-down (KD) to minimize freight costs and can be assembled in minutes.
