1-3/4" Northern Hard Rock Maple Top • 4" Coved Riser (Back & Ends) • Galvanized Base • NSF Crafted for the rigorous demands of commercial kitchens, bakeries, and serious home chefs, this 48 inch John Boos work table pairs the warmth and durability of premium maple with the strength of galvanized steel. From rolling dough to plating entrées, you’ll enjoy a rock-solid, easy-to-clean prep surface that’s built to last. Maintain the maple top with regular applications of John Boos Mystery Oil or an equivalent food-grade mineral oil. A factory-applied clear Varnique finish is available, but note that selecting Varnique voids NSF certification.
