This John Boos 9-ft maple work table offers a sprawling 18 sq. ft. of rock-solid work surface for serious, round-the-clock prep. The 1-3/4" thick Northern Hard Rock Maple top is finished with food-safe penetrating oil and ringed on three sides by a 4" coved riser, keeping flour, dough, and tools from slipping over the edge. With a galvanized steel base, six heavy-duty legs, and an adjustable undershelf, this table is a commercial-grade workhorse. To preserve the beauty of the maple top, regularly re-treat it with John Boos Mystery Oil and Board Cream.
