John Boos DNS12 Stainless Steel Prep Tables

Product Description

The 10-foot John Boos DNS12 work station is built to withstand the demands of the busiest commercial bakeries and kitchens. Crafted with 1-3/4" thick Northern hard rock maple, the surface features a 4" coved riser on the back and ends, providing a sturdy and food-safe work area that is NSF listed. A penetrating oil finish protects the butcher-block surface, ensuring it remains both functional and compliant with safety standards.

Key Features:

  • The tabletop is made of 1-3/4 inch thick edge-grain Northern Hard Rock Maple, which is known for its durability and suitability for use with knives.
  • The 4-inch high coved riser across the back and both ends of the table can be used to contain flour, dough, and small utensils.
  • The food-grade penetrating oil finish maintains the table's NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) approval for commercial use.
  • The heavy-duty galvanized steel base has 16-gauge legs with welded gussets for superior rigidity.
  • The adjustable galvanized undershelf (18-gauge) can be set to your preferred height, maximizing storage space.
  • The 1-inch adjustable galvanized bullet feet allow you to level the table on uneven floors.
  • The table ships in a knocked-down (KD) configuration to reduce freight costs, and can be easily assembled on-site with bolts.
  • The table is NSF certified for commercial foodservice use.

Ideal Applications:

  • High-volume bakeries and pastry shops that need a large, hygienic work surface.
  • Commissary and central production kitchens that require an oversized, sanitary area for food preparation.
  • Artisan bread or pizza dough prep where a spacious, cleanable workspace is essential.
