Product Description
This durable 60-inch baker's table features a 1-3/4" thick Northern Hard Rock Maple top and a galvanized steel base and shelf, providing years of reliable, food-safe use in your bakery, restaurant, or test kitchen. The compact 36-inch depth makes it a versatile choice for your workspace. Maintain the factory oil finish by applying a food-safe mineral oil or Boos Mystery Oil every 3-4 weeks, or whenever the surface appears dry, and avoid prolonged standing water to preserve the maple and prevent warping.
Key Features:
- The surface is made of premium 1-3/4" thick Northern Hard Rock Maple, which is the industry standard for durability and being gentle on knives.
- The 4" coved riser on the back and both ends prevents flour, dough, and utensils from sliding off the top.
- The food-grade penetrating oil finish is ready for immediate use and is fully NSF compliant. (An optional clear Varnique finish is available, but selecting Varnique voids the NSF certification.)
- The galvanized steel framework, with 16 GA legs and welded gussets, is resistant to corrosion and daily wear and tear.
- The adjustable undershelf (18 GA galvanized) provides convenient, customizable storage.
- The 1" bullet feet level the table on uneven floors and protect finished surfaces.
- The table ships in a knocked-down (KD) configuration for lower freight costs and quick, one-person assembly.
- The table is NSF listed for use in commercial foodservice environments.
