The John Boos DSB01 Work Table is a versatile and durable solution for commercial food preparation and open-kitchen designs. Boasting a high-quality maple butcher-block top paired with a robust stainless steel base, this work table provides a rock-solid, sanitary, and knife-friendly workspace. Ideal for bakeries, restaurants, breweries, test kitchens, and dedicated home chefs, the DSB01 is built to withstand the rigors of daily use. If you require a factory-sealed Varnique finish instead of the standard oil finish, please contact us prior to placing your order, as the Varnique finish is not NSF-compliant.

Care & Maintenance:
- Apply Boos Block Mystery Oil or a similar wood oil to the maple top regularly to keep it in good condition.
- Clean the stainless steel components with non-chloride cleaners and soft, gentle cloths. Avoid using abrasive pads or scouring materials.
- Promptly wipe up any spills to protect the wood and prevent mineral deposits from forming on the stainless steel surfaces.
