Product Description
The John Boos DSB04 workstation features a 1-¾" thick Northern Hard Rock Maple baker's top with 4" coved risers. Designed for the demands of commercial food service, this NSF-listed workstation combines a premium maple work surface with a rugged stainless steel frame. The end-grain maple top provides a warm, forgiving feel and rock-solid stability, ideal for tasks ranging from laminating pastry dough to plating entrées. For a tougher, varnish-sealed top, the factory Varnique finish is also available (note: Varnique is not NSF approved for direct food contact).

- The sides and rear of the table have 18-gauge bracing, which can be adjusted to accommodate under-table equipment.
- The table is shipped in a knocked-down (KD) configuration to save on freight costs, and it can be easily assembled in the field.

Care & Maintenance:
- Apply Boos Block® Mystery Oil to the maple surface once a month or whenever it feels dry to the touch. This will help maintain the wood.
- Wipe up spills immediately and avoid letting water sit on the surface for a long time.
- Clean the stainless steel legs and bracing using a non-chloride stainless steel cleaner. Wipe in the direction of the polish lines.
- Avoid using abrasive pads, steel wool, or bleach-based cleaners, as they can damage the surface.
