Product Description

The John Boos DSB05 is a high-quality work surface designed for demanding commercial kitchens. It features a 1-3/4" thick Northern Hard Rock Maple top, providing a durable and spacious 10-foot work area. The stainless steel base offers sturdy, long-lasting support, while the NSF listing ensures it meets food safety standards. This model is shipped in a knocked-down configuration, making it easy to assemble on-site, and is well-suited for bustling bakeshops, commissaries, and production kitchens.

Features:

  • The table top is made of premium edge-grain Northern Hard Rock Maple, which is 1-3/4" thick for exceptional durability and a surface that's friendly to knives.
  • The table has a factory-applied food-grade penetrating oil finish that can be maintained with Boos Mystery Oil or Board Cream.
  • The 4" coved riser on the back and both ends helps contain flour, dough, and small items.
  • The table has heavy-duty 16 GA stainless steel legs with adjustable 18 GA bracing on the sides and rear for excellent lateral stability.
  • The 1" adjustable stainless bullet feet allow the table to be leveled on uneven floors.
  • The table ships in a knocked-down (KD) state to reduce freight costs, and it can be easily assembled with bolts.
  • The table is NSF certified for use in commercial food-service operations.

  • The product includes a stainless steel drawer, which can be purchased with or without a lock.
  • It comes with a set of heavy-duty casters, two of which have locking mechanisms.
