Featuring a 1-3/4-inch Northern hard rock maple top and a 4-inch coved riser, this table delivers the legendary performance that professional bakers, chefs, and food artisans have trusted since 1887. Its sturdy stainless steel base ensures long-lasting durability.

Care & Maintenance:
- Regularly apply John Boos Mystery Oil or Board Cream to the maple top to prevent it from drying out or cracking.

- For the stainless steel base, wipe it with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner. Rinse and dry the base promptly to preserve the protective layer.
