Product Description
This 7-foot John Boos work table is built for the busiest commercial kitchens and bakeries. It features a 1-3/4" thick Northern Hard Rock Maple baker's top with a 4" coved riser, providing a durable and sanitary work surface. The table's sturdy six-leg design, adjustable undershelf, and NSF certification make it an ideal all-in-one prep station, dough bench, or plating counter.

- The table has a 1 3/4" thick edge-grain Northern Hard Rock Maple top.
- The food-safe penetrating oil finish can be re-oiled as needed for lifetime performance.
- The 4" coved riser on the back and both ends helps keep flour, dough, and utensils contained.
- The table has a stainless steel base, legs (16 gauge), and adjustable undershelf (18 gauge).
- The six legs have 1" stainless adjustable bullet feet for rock-solid stability on uneven floors.

Care & Maintenance:
- Regularly apply a food-grade mineral oil or Boos Block® Mystery Oil to the maple top to keep it well-oiled.
- Clean the stainless steel components using non-chloride cleaners and soft cloths. Avoid using abrasive pads, as they can damage the surface.
- Promptly wipe up any spills, and never leave standing water on the wood or steel surfaces, as this can cause damage.
