Built to withstand the demands of professional kitchens and serious home bakers, this 7-foot John Boos work table combines the renowned durability of Boos butcher block with the easy-to-clean stainless steel construction, all in one NSF-certified station.
Key Features:
- The butcher-block top is made of 1-3/4" thick Northern Hard Rock Maple, which is food-safe.
- The top is factory sealed with Boos penetrating oil, which helps maintain the NSF certification.
- The 4" coved maple riser on the back and both ends helps contain flour, dough, and utensils.
- The heavy-duty stainless steel frame has six 16-gauge legs (units 7 feet or longer ship with six legs).
- The 18-gauge adjustable stainless steel undershelf provides additional storage without trapping debris.
- The 1" adjustable stainless steel bullet feet allow for quick leveling on uneven floors.
- The overall size is 84" W × 36" D × 39-1/4" H, with a working height of 35-1/4".
