Product Description
This extra-long 132-inch John Boos work table is built to handle the demands of busy commercial kitchens, bakeries, and food-prep areas. The edge-grain Northern Hard Rock Maple top provides warmth and performance, while the all-stainless cabinet base offers exceptional durability. Designed to preserve the natural beauty of the maple and prevent corrosion of the stainless steel, this work table is built to deliver reliable service for decades.
Key Features:
- The work surface is made of 1 ¾" thick edge-grain Hard Rock Maple.
- The 4" coved rear riser keeps food and tools from sliding off the back.
- The cabinet is made of stainless steel and has smooth-glide sliding doors.
- The fixed stainless undershelf is positioned 10" above the floor, providing high-capacity storage.
- The six 1 ½" square 16 GA stainless legs have 1" adjustable bullet feet for perfect leveling.
- The unit is fully factory-assembled, with no field welding required.
- The maple work surface has a food-safe penetrating oil finish (upgrade to Varnique clear coat available).
- The product is NSF certified for foodservice sanitation.
Care & Maintenance:
- To maintain the maple top, apply Boos Block Mystery Oil at least once a month or whenever the wood appears dry.
- To clean the stainless steel cabinet, use a non-chloride stainless steel cleaner and a soft cloth. Wipe in the direction of the grain.
