The John Boos floor trough is engineered for the toughest wash-down environments. It features a heavy-duty 14-gauge stainless steel drain pan and a removable subway-style fiberglass grate to keep large prep and ware-washing areas safe, sanitary, and dry. The trough has dual 4-inch drains for optimal water flow and drainage. All dimensions are typical and carry a tolerance of ± 0.50 inches per manufacturer specifications.

- The shower pan is 120" (10 feet) long and 18" wide, providing a large splash zone.
- The 4-inch deep, all-welded pan has a 5-degree built-in pitch for fast and complete drainage.
