Product Description

The John Boos GMT015 is a 40-inch by 36-inch commercial-grade work surface designed for high-volume food preparation tasks. Crafted with a 1-1/2-inch thick HDPE top, this NSF-certified worktable offers exceptional sanitation, durability, and long-lasting performance in demanding back-of-house environments. Accessories are available for customization.

Features:

  • 1-1/2" High-Density Polyethylene Work Surface: The two reversible 3/4" slabs create an extremely durable and blade-friendly cutting surface that meets NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) sectioning requirements.
  • Quick-Lift Cleaning: Welded stainless steel clips securely hold the tops in place, but allow you to remove them in seconds for thorough washing.
  • All-Welded Type 300 Stainless Base: The 1-1/2" square tube frame with TIG-polished seams is highly resistant to corrosion and daily wear and tear.
  • Full Perimeter Bracing: 1-1/4" round stainless steel cross-rails on all sides provide rock-solid stability.
  • Adjustable Bullet Feet: You can level the table on uneven floors without needing any tools.
  • NSF Listed: This product is certified for open food contact in commercial kitchens, butcher shops, commissaries, and other similar environments.

Features:

  • The drawer extends all the way out and is made of stainless steel. It also has an optional lock.
  • The casters can swivel, making the unit easy to move around.
  • There are lower shelves for storage or racks to hold meat.
  • There is a holder for a paper roll and a rack above for hanging pots and pans.

Features:

  • Regularly remove the HDPE (high-density polyethylene) slabs and wash them with a mild, non-chloride detergent. Rinse the slabs and let them air-dry in an upright position.
  • Clean the stainless steel frame by following the grain of the steel. Use soft towels or plastic scouring pads, and a non-abrasive cleanser like Bar Keepers Friend.
  • Avoid using bleach or wire brushes, as they can damage the protective film on the stainless steel.
  • Apply John Boos Stainless Steel Polish to restore the sheen and add a protective barrier to the stainless steel.
