Product Description

This sturdy John Boos Breaking Table is built to withstand the demands of busy commercial kitchens. It features a 1-½" thick high-density polyethylene (HDPE) top that is reversible for extended use, paired with a fully-welded 300-series stainless steel base. This combination creates a durable, easy-to-clean workstation that can handle heavy use, moisture, and rigorous sanitizing. The table is NSF listed for food service environments.

Key Features:

  • The work surface is 1-½ inches thick and made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE). It consists of two ¾-inch reversible poly boards stacked to meet NSF food-code requirements.
  • The removable top is held in place by welded stainless steel clips, making deep-cleaning or replacement easy.
  • The entire unit is constructed from stainless steel, using Type 300 tubing with a #4 satin polish that resists corrosion and is easy to clean.
  • Full-perimeter bracing (1-¼ inches in diameter) adds torsional rigidity and minimizes vibration during heavy chopping.
  • Adjustable bullet feet allow you to level the table on uneven floors and protect delicate surfaces.
  • The table is TIG-welded and shipped pre-assembled, so no on-site assembly is required. Simply roll it in, level it, and start working.
  • The product is NSF certified, ensuring safe use in all professional food-service environments.

  • Stainless steel drawer (available with or without a lock)
  • Lower shelf made of either poly or stainless steel
  • Racks for holding meat or pots and pans
  • Set of 5-inch swivel casters, with two of them locking

Care & Maintenance:

  • Clean the HDPE (high-density polyethylene) top by using mild soap, hot water, and a plastic scraper or brush. Avoid using harsh chemicals.
  • Wipe the stainless steel frame with non-chloride cleaners, such as Bar Keepers Friend. Rinse and dry the frame completely after cleaning.
  • For routine polishing, apply John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner and buff the frame with a soft towel, following the direction of the polish lines.
  • Do not use wire brushes, steel scouring pads, or bleach on the stainless steel surfaces.
