Model HNB04A | NSF Certified | Made in USA The John Boos HNB04A Work Table is designed for chefs, bakers, and butchers who demand durable strength and food-safe performance. It features an edge-grain maple top paired with an industrial galvanized base, creating a versatile prep station built to withstand heavy-duty use. A clear Varnique finish is available by special order, though this option will void the NSF certification.

  • The work surface is 84 inches wide and 24 inches deep, providing a large 14 square feet area for high-volume food preparation.
  • The 1 3/4 inch thick edge-grain Northern Hard Rock Maple surface is durable, absorbs impact, and reduces knife wear.
  • The penetrating oil finish makes the surface food-safe, easy to maintain, and fully compliant with NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) standards.
  • The heavy-duty 16-gauge galvanized legs feature adjustable side and rear bracing for exceptional rigidity and stability.
  • The six-leg design (standard on 7-foot and longer tables) evenly distributes the weight of the table.
  • The 1-inch adjustable galvanized bullet feet allow you to level the table on uneven floors.
  • The table ships in a knocked-down (KD) configuration to save on freight costs and can be quickly assembled using basic tools.

Care & Maintenance:

  • Apply John Boos Mystery Oil to the surface of your product once a month, or whenever it appears dry or in need of conditioning.
  • After applying the oil, use Boos Board Cream to provide additional moisture protection for the surface.
  • Clean your product by wiping it down with a mild soap and warm water. Never submerge the entire product or put it in the dishwasher.
  • Regularly check the hardware on your product and tighten it if necessary to maintain maximum stability and prevent any loosening.
