Product Description
The JNB05A Boos Blocks® Prep Station features a 1-1/2" thick edge-grain hard rock maple top and a sturdy galvanized base, making it a durable and reliable addition to your kitchen, bakery, or fabrication space. This NSF-certified workstation is easy to assemble and built to withstand heavy daily use, providing a functional and visually appealing prep surface. Please note that selecting the Varnique finish will void the NSF certification.

Care & Maintenance:
- Apply Boos® Mystery Oil to all wood surfaces at least once a month, or whenever the surface appears dry.
- After applying the oil, follow up with Boos Block® Board Cream to lock in moisture and repel food particles.
- Clean the surface daily using mild soap and water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or submerging the wood in water.
- Do not expose the wood top to outdoor elements or place it in a dishwasher.
