This extra-long John Boos cutting table is designed for heavy-duty prep work. It features a food-safe 3/4" high-density polyethylene top and a rugged galvanized steel base. Measuring 10 feet long and nearly 3 feet high, this table provides the sanitary performance, stability, and versatility required in commercial kitchens, meat rooms, bakeries, and production facilities.

- The overall dimensions are 120" (L) × 24" (W) × 35-3/4" (H), making it ideal for high-volume prep lines.
- The work surface is made of 3/4" thick, FDA and NSF-listed high-density polyethylene, which is durable and easy to clean.
- The flat top is reversible, doubling the service life of the surface. The sections can be easily lifted off the welded clips for fast and thorough sanitation.
