This John Boos cutting table is designed for high-volume food preparation, providing a sanitary and knife-friendly work surface with rock-solid stability that chefs demand. The generous 72" × 30" footprint can handle a variety of tasks, from primal cuts to produce trays, while the galvanized steel frame is built to withstand daily wear. Custom add-on options, such as drawers, casters, lower shelves, or a pot rack, are available upon request.

- The tabletop is made of 3/4-inch thick high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material, which is NSF-approved, non-porous, and can be used on both sides.
