Designed for demanding food preparation environments, this John Boos cutting table features a food-safe, reversible high-density polyethylene work surface paired with a corrosion-resistant galvanized steel base. This combination creates a durable, sanitary workstation that meets NSF and CSA-Sanitation standards, built to withstand years of heavy commercial use. All dimensions are typical with a tolerance of ± 0.50", and John Boos & Co. reserves the right to modify specifications without notice.
