Product Description
The John Boos Model M026 cutting table is designed for high-volume commercial kitchens, prep rooms, and butcher shops. It features a reversible ¾-inch thick HDPE (high-density polyethylene) top and a 6-inch removable stainless steel backsplash, ensuring stability, knife-friendly performance, and food-safe sanitation. Optional accessories like drawers, locks, casters, lower shelves, and paper or meat-boat racks are available from John Boos (sold separately).
Key Features:
- The table has a reversible ¾-inch thick high-density polyethylene top that resists moisture, stains, and chemicals, while being gentle on knife edges.
- It includes a 6-inch removable stainless steel backsplash (16 gauge, #4 satin finish) to keep products, juices, and tools on the work surface.
- The heavy-duty galvanized frame has 1.5-inch square-tube legs (1-5/8 inch diameter, 16 gauge) and adjustable side and rear bracing (1.25 inch diameter, 18 gauge) to eliminate wobble.
- Tables 7 feet and longer come with six legs for extra load capacity.
