Product Description
This extra-long cutting table from John Boos is designed for high-volume commercial kitchens, butcher shops, and seafood prep areas. The 3/4-inch thick work surface is made from reversible HDPE, a durable material that is easy on knife blades. The table also features a 6-inch stainless steel backsplash for added protection and easy cleaning. Backed by the brand's legendary durability, this table is NSF-certified for food service sanitation.
Features:
- The overall size of the product is 120" L × 24" D × 41" H, with a 35-3/4" work height and a 6" backsplash.
- The 3/4" thick high-density polyethylene (HDPE) top is reversible, removable, and NSF approved.
- The one-piece 6" rear riser is made from 16 GA type 300 stainless steel with a #4 satin polish, and it lifts off for deep cleaning.
- The construction is made of heavy-duty galvanized steel:
- 1-5/8" Ø 16 GA legs with adjustable galvanized bullet feet
- 1-1/2" square 18 GA perimeter tubing
- 1-1/4" Ø 18 GA adjustable side & rear bracing
- The table has a six-leg support for stability on tables 7 ft. and longer.
