This John Boos M-1 Series cutting table is engineered for demanding prep lines. It features a knife-friendly ¾" high-density polyethylene work surface, a rugged galvanized base, and a removable 6" stainless steel backsplash. Shipped knocked-down for cost-effective freight, it assembles quickly and levels out easily on adjustable bullet feet, ready to handle your busiest shifts from day one. Contact us for add-ons or different top materials if you need a custom build.

- Top secures with welded clips and lifts off in seconds for easy sink-side cleaning.
