This heavy-duty John Boos cutting table offers a spacious 20 sq ft work surface that is easy to sanitize and durable enough for everyday production.   • The top is made of 3/4-inch thick high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which is a durable and easy-to-clean material.
  • The top is reversible, allowing you to flip it over and double its usable lifespan.
  • The top is held in place by welded clips, and it can be easily lifted off for thorough cleaning.
  • The NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) sectioned design ensures safe food-contact zones, making it suitable for food preparation tasks.
