This 9 ft John Boos cutting table offers a rock-solid, food-safe work surface built to perform in the toughest commercial kitchens. It combines a reversible ¾" HDPE top with a rugged galvanized steel base and a removable 6" stainless backsplash, making it perfect for butchering, produce prep, or any high-volume task that demands cleanliness and durability.
