The John Boos heavy-duty work station is built to withstand the rigors of commercial kitchens, butcher shops, and food-processing plants. It features a sanitary, reversible polyethylene (HDPE) top and a rock-solid galvanized steel base. The work station is NSF and CSA-Sanitation listed, and it ships knocked-down for easy delivery, assembling in minutes to provide your team with an exceptionally durable and easy-to-clean prep surface. The removable 6-inch stainless steel backsplash enhances the unit's functionality and sanitation.
Key Features:
- The table top is made of 3/4" thick high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which is reversible, removable, and non-absorbent for superior food safety.
- The one-piece top sits in welded retaining clips, allowing for fast and easy lift-off cleaning.
- The 6" high, 16-gauge type 300 stainless steel backsplash has a #4 satin finish and is removable without tools.
- The table has galvanized 1-5/8" O.D. round legs and 1-1/4" O.D. adjustable side/rear bracing, providing rock-solid stability.
