Care & Maintenance:

• Wash the item with a mild detergent or run it through a commercial dishwasher with a high-temperature setting.
• Rotate and flip the item regularly to ensure even wear on both cutting surfaces and extend its lifespan.
• Avoid exposing the item to direct flames or heat sources above 180 °F (82 °C).
