Product Description

Elevate your culinary workspace with this sturdy stainless steel frame from John Boos. Designed to support a 96" × 36" hardwood top (sold separately), this heavy-duty 16-gauge construction offers commercial-grade strength, sanitation, and long-lasting performance for busy kitchens, bakeries, and commissaries. Featuring bin stops and guides, this NSF-listed frame provides the foundation for the ultimate baker's bench or prep station.

Features:

  • The base is made of 16-gauge stainless steel and constructed from 1 ½" square tubing.
  • There are six 16-gauge stainless steel legs, each measuring 1 5⁄8" in diameter. Units that are 7 feet or longer have a 6-leg design for extra support.
  • The rear bracing is made of 1 ¼" diameter 16-gauge round tube, fixed 12 inches above the floor.
  • Integrated bin stops and guides help keep ingredient tubs securely under the work surface.
  • The frame has 1" adjustable stainless steel bullet feet to level it on uneven floors.
  • The unit is MIG-welded and factory set-up for immediate use. A KD (knock-down) version is available upon request for freight savings.
  • The product is NSF certified for food service sanitation.
  • It is made in the USA by John Boos, a company that has been crafting premium workstations since 1887.

  • The table tops are made of 2 ¼ inch thick hard rock maple butcher-block (from the John Boos BKSC series).
  • The work surface tops are 1 ¾ inch thick, also from John Boos.
  • The shelves underneath the table are made of stainless steel.
  • The tables come with drawers, which can be locked if desired.
  • Options include overshelves, a pot rack, or an utensil bar.
  • The tables have 3 inch or 5 inch locking swivel casters.

Features:

  • Clean the surface daily using mild soap or detergent and warm water. Rinse and dry the area thoroughly.
  • Avoid using chlorine bleach and abrasive cleansers that contain chlorides, as they can damage the surface.
  • To restore the shine, use John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner or Bar Keepers Friend when needed.
