Product Description

Stainless steel base with bin stops and guides ensures stability and organization. Centered bracing provides a sturdy foundation for heavy-duty use. Meets NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) standards for safety and sanitation in commercial kitchens. Designed for busy bakeries, pizzerias, and professional cooking environments, the John Boos SBS-S15 frame transforms a 96" x 60" butcher-block top (sold separately) into a durable dough-prep station. Fully welded 16-gauge stainless steel construction withstands years of frequent use while remaining easy to clean. Key Features:

  • The table is made of 100% stainless steel, which resists corrosion and is easy to clean.
  • The frame is constructed with 1-1/2" square tubes that are 16 gauge and MIG-welded for exceptional strength.
  • Units that are 7 feet or longer have (6) 1-5/8" round legs that are 16 gauge for maximum load capacity.
  • There is 1-1/4" round bracing that is 16 gauge, fixed 12 inches above the floor.
  • Integrated bin stops and guides keep ingredient bins perfectly aligned.
  • The table has 1" adjustable stainless steel bullet feet that allow you to level it on uneven floors.
  • The table ships fully welded and ready to use, but a knock-down version is available for freight savings.
  • The table is NSF (National Sanitation Foundation) listed for open-kitchen food-service applications.

Optional Add-Ons:

  • You can choose to add a stainless steel drawer to your setup, with or without a lock.
  • An undershelf, available in either stainless steel or galvanized finish, can be added.
  • 5-inch swivel casters, with two of them being locking casters, allow you to make your setup mobile.
  • You can select a single or double overhead shelf.
  • A stainless steel pot rack can be included.

Care & Cleaning:

  • Clean the surface daily with a soft towel and a mild, non-chloride detergent.
  • Avoid using abrasive pads or cleaners that contain bleach or quaternary salts.
  • For tough stains, use Bar Keepers Friend with a damp Scotch-Brite 7447 pad, scrubbing in the direction of the grain.
  • Finish by applying John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner to restore the shine and protective coating.
