Product Description

This sturdy 12-foot baker's table frame from John Boos is crafted entirely from durable, food-service-grade stainless steel. Fully welded and NSF-listed, it's designed to support a massive 144" x 60" butcher-block top, making it an ideal production-ready workstation for high-volume bakeries and commercial kitchens. Pair this versatile frame with the hardwood top of your choice (sold separately) to create your perfect bakery workstation. Key Features:

  • The base is made from heavy-duty 16-gauge stainless steel tubing that is 1-1/2 inches square.
  • Units that are 7 feet or longer have 6 stainless steel legs that are 1-5/8 inches round for better weight distribution.
  • The 1-1/4 inch round stainless steel bracing is centered 12 inches above the floor, allowing for unobstructed storage of ingredient bins.
  • Integrated bin stops and guides keep the ingredient bins organized under the table.
  • The 1-inch adjustable stainless steel bullet feet make leveling the table fast and tool-free.
  • The table is MIG-welded as a single piece, requiring no field assembly.
  • The table is NSF certified for use in commercial kitchens, bakeries, and commissaries.

Optional Accessories:

Stainless Steel Care Tips:

  • Gently clean the surface daily using warm water, a mild non-chloride detergent, and a soft cloth or sponge.
  • Avoid using abrasive tools like wire brushes, steel wool, or cleaners with bleach or quaternary salts, as they can damage the protective layer.
  • Rinse and dry the surface immediately after cleaning to maintain the passive protective film.
  • For tough stains, apply Bar Keepers Friend along the polish lines, rinse, and finish with a stainless steel polish.
