Product Description
The 1 3/4" edge-grain maple top and stainless steel base make this 7-foot John Boos work table an incredibly durable, functional workspace for chefs, bakers, and food-service professionals. The solid maple surface and sturdy stainless steel frame provide a reliable, sanitary work area for heavy prep, plating, and more. With proper care, this work table will continue to deliver dependable performance for years to come.
Highlights:
- The table top is made of 1 ¾" thick edge-grain maple, providing superior strength and a knife-friendly feel.
- The table has a food-safe penetrating oil finish. A Varnique polyurethane finish is also available by special order.
- The base, undershelf, and gussets are made of type 300 series stainless steel with a #4 satin polish.
- The undershelf is adjustable to the perfect storage height.
- For maximum stability, the table has six 1 ⅝" Ø tubular legs (for units 7 ft. & longer).
- 1" adjustable bullet feet allow the table to be leveled on uneven floors.
- The table ships knocked-down (KD) for lower freight costs and quick on-site assembly.
- The table is NSF certified for commercial foodservice environments.

- This stainless steel drawer can be purchased with an optional lock for additional security.

Care & Maintenance:
- Apply Boos Block® Mystery Oil to the maple top once a month to keep it oiled and protected. You can also use Board Cream for extra protection.
- Clean the stainless steel base with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner, always wiping in the direction of the polish lines.
- Avoid leaving standing water on the surface and don't use harsh chemicals, as these can damage the wood and stainless steel finish.
