Product Description

The John Boos SNS Series work table features a 1-¾" thick hard rock maple top and a sturdy stainless steel base and shelf. Designed for high-volume commercial kitchens but also suitable for open-concept prep areas, this table has been trusted by chefs and foodservice professionals since 1887. The maple work surface can be properly seasoned to preserve the protective oil film, while the stainless steel components can be cleaned to maintain the passive chromium layer, ensuring decades of reliable performance. The shelf length is 4.875" less than the table length, and the shelf width is 4.25" less than the table width.

Key Features:

  • The table has a 1-¾" thick edge-grain Northern Hard Rock Maple top with a flat "SC" style profile.
  • The work surface measures a spacious 108" W × 30" D and is set at an ergonomic height of 35-¼".
  • The legs and gussets are made of type 300 stainless steel (1-⅝" Ø, 16 ga) with a #4 satin polish.
  • The 18 ga type 300 stainless steel undershelf can be adjusted anywhere along the legs.
  • The table has (6) stainless steel legs with 1" adjustable bullet feet to keep it level and stable. Longer units (7 ft & over) have six legs for added support.
  • The table is delivered knocked-down (KD) for reduced freight cost and easy on-site assembly.
  • The table is NSF certified for safe and sanitary food preparation.
  • The table is proudly made in Effingham, Illinois, U.S.A.

Optional Accessories:

  • You can choose to have a stainless steel drawer that either locks or does not lock.
  • The cart can be equipped with heavy-duty swivel casters, making it mobile and easy to move around.
  • You can add either a single or a double stainless steel shelf above the main surface.
  • A pot rack attachment is available for hanging pots and pans.

Care & Maintenance:

  • Apply Boos Block® Mystery Oil to the maple surface monthly, then seal it with Board Cream to keep the wood in good condition.
  • Clean up spills right away using mild soap and warm water. Avoid soaking the wood or placing hot cookware directly on it.
  • For the stainless steel components, wipe them down daily with a non-chloride cleaner and a soft cloth, following the direction of the grain.
