Product Description

The John Boos TC-1 Trimming Table is built for meat, seafood, and produce trimming tasks. It features a 3/4-inch reversible HDPE work surface that is NSF certified, mounted on a rock-solid, fully welded stainless steel frame. The roomy 7-foot length provides ample workspace for staff, while the removable 6-inch backsplash helps keep products and utensils contained on the table. The HDPE top can be easily cleaned with mild detergent and sanitized according to local food safety codes. The stainless steel frame should be wiped down with a non-chloride cleaner, always following the grain pattern, and abrasive pads, wire brushes, or bleach should be avoided to preserve the protective stainless film.
