3/4" reversible poly top with a 6" removable backsplash, and a fully welded stainless steel base. Engineered for heavy-duty butchering and high-volume prep, this 10-ft John Boos trimming table combines a sanitary HDPE work surface with the strength of TIG-welded 300-series stainless steel. NSF certification ensures it is ready for use in commercial kitchens, meat rooms, grocery stores, and food-processing plants. Following these guidelines helps prevent surface corrosion and keeps your Boos table looking new for years.
Features:
- The top is 3/4" thick, reversible, and made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), which is non-porous, knife-friendly, and easy to sanitize.
- The one-piece 6" rear riser (backsplash) can be detached for deep cleaning or flat-top applications.
- The work area measures 120" × 24" and has a six-leg support system for exceptional stability, even on extra-long runs.
- The fully welded frame is made of 300-series stainless steel with a #4 satin polish, making it corrosion-resistant and built to last.
