Product Description
The John Boos TC-1 poly-top work table is designed for high-volume prep lines, meat rooms, and produce trimming. It offers rock-solid stability, food-safe performance, and effortless cleanup straight out of the crate, with no field assembly required. The table features a 3/4-inch reversible poly top and a 6-inch removable backsplash, and is NSF listed for commercial use.

Care & Cleaning:
- Clean the poly (plastic) top with mild dish soap and warm water. Then, sanitize it using a non-chloride, food-safe cleaning product.
- For the stainless steel surfaces, use a soft cloth or plastic scouring pad along with Bar Keepers Friend. Rinse and dry the surface immediately after cleaning.
- Avoid using chlorine bleach or abrasive steel pads, as they can damage the stainless steel finish.
