Product Description
The John Boos TC-1 Trimming Table is engineered for heavy-duty, high-volume food preparation. It features a reversible 3/4" HDPE cutting surface and an all-stainless steel base that arrives fully welded and ready for work. This table is ideal for a variety of food-service tasks, including butchering, produce prep, seafood, and baking. Custom configurations with different sizes, drawers, casters, or lower shelves are available upon request.

- The tabletop is made of 3/4-inch thick, high-density polyethylene (HDPE) that is hygienic, reversible, and removable. It is FDA and NSF compliant.
- The 6-inch detachable rear backsplash helps contain the product and any splatter.
- The frame, legs, and bracing are made of Type 300 stainless steel with a #4 satin polish, providing superior corrosion resistance.
- The side and rear tubular bracing ensures exceptional rigidity for chopping and equipment loading.
- Adjustable 1-inch stainless steel bullet feet allow the table to be leveled on uneven floors.

Care & Cleaning Tips:
- Take off the plastic top and wash it with hot soapy water or a approved cleaning product. Let it air-dry before putting it back on.
- Use a soft cloth and a non-chloride stainless steel cleaner to wipe down the stainless steel parts. Always clean in the direction of the grain.
- Do not use abrasive pads, wire brushes, or chlorine bleach as they can damage the stainless steel finish.
