The John Boos TC-1 Trimming Table is built to withstand the demanding needs of meat-processing, produce preparation, and high-volume kitchens. It features a 3/4-inch high-density polyethylene (HDPE) work surface that is NSF listed, ensuring superior sanitation. The all-stainless steel base provides reliable, corrosion-free performance for years of use. All dimensions are approximate, with a tolerance of +/- 0.5 inches. The manufacturer reserves the right to enhance the product design without prior notice.
