Product Description

The John Boos 84" x 36" Trimming Table is a versatile workhorse designed for heavy-duty tasks like meat trimming, produce prep, and general back-of-house work. Its durable 3/4" high-density polyethylene (HDPE) top is paired with a fully welded stainless steel base for maximum strength and stability. A removable 6" backsplash helps contain messes, while the six stainless steel legs with adjustable bullet feet ensure a secure footing on uneven floors. This NSF-certified table offers a total height of 36" plus an additional 6" for the backsplash.

Care & Maintenance:

  • Clean the HDPE (high-density polyethylene) top with mild soap and water. Sanitize it according to HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) guidelines.
  • Avoid using chlorine bleach and harsh abrasives on the stainless steel. Instead, use non-chloride cleaners or the John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner.
  • Always wipe the stainless steel in the direction of the grain to preserve the satin finish.
  • Keep the table dry when not in use to maintain the protective passive film on the stainless steel.
