Product Description

The TC-3 Series trimming table is engineered for high-volume butcher shops, commissaries, and commercial kitchens. It features a 3/4" reversible poly top and a fully-welded stainless-steel base, both of which are NSF certified. The sturdy six-leg design with heavy-duty bracing and adjustable bullet feet ensures this 7-ft table remains rock-solid, even with heavy use. Key Features:

  • The top is made of 3/4-inch thick high-density polyethylene (HDPE) material. It is reversible and easy to remove for thorough cleaning.
  • The non-absorbent poly surface is gentle on knives and meets NSF food-safety standards.
  • The frame is made of 1 1/2-inch square, 18-gauge 300-series stainless steel with TIG-welded joints, polished to a seamless satin finish.
  • The side and rear bracing is 1 1/4-inch round stainless steel, providing maximum lateral stability.
  • For units 7 feet and longer, there are six 1 5/8-inch round, 16-gauge stainless steel legs to support heavy product loads.
  • 1-inch adjustable stainless steel bullet feet allow the table to be leveled on uneven floors.
  • The table ships fully welded and ready to use, requiring no assembly.
  • The table is NSF listed for use in regulated food-service environments.

Care & Maintenance:

  • Clean the poly top (made of plastic) using mild soap and hot water. Sanitize the surface as required by local regulations.
  • Wipe the stainless steel surfaces with a soft cloth and a non-chloride based stainless steel cleaner.
  • Avoid using abrasive pads, wire brushes, or bleach, as these can damage the protective layer on the stainless steel that helps resist corrosion.
  • Rinse and dry the surfaces thoroughly after each use to prevent water spots and pitting.
