Product Description

The John Boos TC-3 Trimming Table is designed for high-volume protein, produce, and general food preparation. It offers the rugged stability that chefs and butchers require, along with the easy sanitation that meets today's food safety standards. The table features a 3/4" reversible poly top that is NSF-certified. To maintain the stainless steel and HDPE surfaces, clean with non-chloride detergents, rinse promptly, and wipe dry. Avoid using abrasive pads or cleaners containing chlorides or quaternary salts. Refer to the John Boos Care & Maintenance guide for full details.
