This TC-3 Series Model TC052 trimming table from John Boos is purpose-built to handle the heavy demands of butchering, produce prep, and seafood stations. It features a sanitary, reversible HDPE work surface paired with a fully welded stainless steel base, providing the strength, cleanability, and NSF compliance that today's professional kitchens require. The table arrives ready for immediate use, with dimensions that are typical and subject to a ± 0.5" manufacturing tolerance.

Care & Cleaning Tips:
- Clean the HDPE (high-density polyethylene) top with warm soapy water or an approved food-service sanitizer. Avoid using harsh abrasives.
- For the stainless steel components, use non-chloride cleaners like Bar Keepers Friend and soft cloths or plastic pads.
- When cleaning the stainless steel, always wipe and dry in the direction of the polish lines to preserve the protective finish.
- Do not let liquids or food debris sit on the surface for an extended period.
