The John Boos TC-3 trimming table is built to withstand the rigors of high-demand commercial environments like prep rooms, butcher shops, and professional kitchens. Its 3/4-inch thick high-density polyethylene work surface is designed to be gentle on knives, while the fully welded stainless steel base can endure intensive daily use and frequent cleaning cycles. Adjustable leveling feet allow for minor height customization.

- The table top is 3/4" thick, made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) that is reversible, non-porous, and resistant to stains and odors.
- The top lifts off easily, secured by welded stainless steel clips, to simplify deep cleaning or replacement.
- The heavy-duty frame is made of Type 300 stainless steel with a #4 satin polish, which resists corrosion.
- The side and rear tubular bracing, along with the six-leg design (required on tables 7 ft and longer), provides rock-solid stability.
- The table ships fully assembled from the factory, so you can simply uncrate, level, and start working.
- The table has 1" adjustable stainless steel bullet feet to level it on uneven floors.
- The table is NSF certified for unrestricted use in food-service operations.
