Product Description
The John Boos 108" Poly Top Trimming Table is engineered for heavy-duty meat, produce, and seafood preparation. It features a 3/4" reversible HDPE worksurface that is NSF-approved for food safety, paired with a rugged, fully welded stainless steel base designed to withstand daily commercial use. The overall dimensions are 108" W × 30" D, with a height of 30" (±0.5" manufacturing tolerance) measured to the top of the poly surface.
Key Features & Benefits:
- The 3/4" high-density polyethylene top is reversible, removable, and resistant to moisture, odors, acids, and chemicals.
- The one-piece option is available at no extra charge for operators who prefer an uninterrupted cutting surface (must specify at the time of ordering).
- The six-leg support is required on tables that are 7 feet and longer, preventing sagging on this 9-foot model.
- The 300 series stainless steel frame features 1-1/2" square tubing with a #4 satin polish, providing superior corrosion resistance.
- The side and rear bracing with 1-1/4" round stainless tubing adds lateral strength to the table.
- The adjustable stainless bullet feet allow the table to be leveled on uneven floors without trapping debris.

Care & Maintenance:
- Clean the HDPE (high-density polyethylene) top by using mild soap and hot water. Avoid using chlorine bleach.
- For the stainless steel components, wipe them daily with a non-chloride cleaner, such as Bar Keepers Friend.
- When cleaning the stainless steel, always scrub and dry in the direction of the grain or polish lines to maintain the #4 satin finish.
- Use soft cloths or plastic scouring pads. Never use steel wool or wire brushes, as they can damage the surface.
