Product Description
The 84" TC-3 Trimming Table from John Boos is built to withstand the demands of commercial meat-processing and high-volume food preparation. The thick, reversible high-density polyethylene (HDPE) work surface absorbs impact without dulling knives, while the fully welded six-leg stainless steel base ensures a rock-solid construction that lasts shift after shift. The table is NSF listed, making it safe for food contact and easy to sanitize. To maintain the table's condition, the poly top can be removed for thorough cleaning, and the stainless steel components should be cleaned with non-chloride cleaners and soft towels or sponges, avoiding abrasive pads, wire brushes, or chlorine bleach. Rinsing and drying the table after each use will help prevent corrosion and maximize its longevity.
