Built for demanding prep lines, this heavy-duty John Boos trimming table features a reversible 3/4" high-density polyethylene top and a fully welded stainless steel base that ships ready to work straight out of the box. From meat and seafood trimming to produce prep, it delivers the sanitation, durability and NSF compliance professionals trust.

- Do not use abrasive pads or cleansers that contain chlorides or quaternary salts, as these can damage the surface.
- Apply John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner regularly to maintain the satin sheen of the stainless steel.
