Care & Cleaning Tips:

  • Take off the poly top to thoroughly wash and sanitize it. Let it air-dry completely before putting it back on.
  • For the stainless steel base, clean it daily using mild soap and water. Wipe it in the direction of the grain.
  • Do not use chlorine bleach or harsh chlorides. Instead, use Bar Keepers Friend for any stubborn stains or spots.
  • After cleaning, apply John Boos Stainless Steel Cleaner to restore the protective layer on the surface.
