Product Description
The John Boos TNB08 work table is designed to handle the rigors of commercial kitchens while also being suitable for the serious home chef's studio. It features a 2-1/4" edge-grain Northern hard rock maple top, a stainless steel base, and is NSF certified for food safety. The table offers legendary Boos Block® durability and rock-solid stainless stability, all in an easy-to-assemble package. Optional upgrades include drawers, locking casters, overshelves, and a pot rack (sold separately).

- The workspace is a generous 48 inches wide and 30 inches deep, set at a comfortable 35-3/4 inches in height.
- The 2-1/4 inch thick tabletop is made from edge-grain maple, hand-crafted from sustainable Northern Hard Rock Maple.
- The penetrating food-grade oil finish protects and nourishes the surface, and is simple to renew.
- The type 300 stainless steel legs (1-5/8 inches in diameter) have a #4 satin polish that resists corrosion.
- The adjustable 1-1/4 inch diameter stainless steel side and rear bracing can be positioned exactly where you need extra rigidity.
- 1 inch stainless steel bullet feet level the table on uneven floors.
- The table is NSF listed for regulated food-service use.

Care & Maintenance:
- Apply a coat of Boos Block® Mystery Oil to the maple surface monthly, or whenever the surface appears dry.
- Clean the surface using a mild soap and warm water. Wipe it completely dry afterward. Do not submerge the item in water or use a power-washer.
- Avoid placing hot cookware directly on the wood surface.
- For the stainless steel parts, wipe them with a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner. Do not use abrasive pads or bleach.
