Product Description

Add a true Boos Block® to your production line. This 8-ft work table combines a 2 ¼" thick edge-grain northern hard rock maple top with a rugged stainless steel base, providing chefs, bakers, and butchers with a rock-solid, NSF-listed prep surface that will last for decades. Dimensions and weight are approximate and subject to ± 0.5" manufacturing tolerances. Accessories shown in photos are not included unless selected separately.

Key Features:

  • The work surface is expansive, measuring 96 inches wide by 30 inches deep, providing ample space for high-volume food preparation and plating.
  • The table top is made of 2 1/4 inch edge-grain Northern Hard Rock Maple, featuring a flat "BKSC" style.
  • The food-safe penetrating oil finish is easy to re-oil, ensuring the table can serve you for a lifetime.
  • The legs are made of type 300 stainless steel, 18 gauge, with a 1 5/8 inch outer diameter and a #4 satin polish.
  • The adjustable 18 gauge stainless steel side and rear bracing, with a 1 1/4 inch outer diameter, allows for custom clearance.
  • 1 inch stainless steel bullet feet help level the table on uneven floors.
  • The table ships in a knocked-down (KD) configuration, reducing freight costs and allowing for quick, tool-free assembly.
  • The product is NSF certified and made in Effingham, Illinois, USA.

Optional Accessories (sold separately):

  • Stainless Steel Utility Drawer: This drawer can be equipped with an optional lock for additional security.
  • Heavy-Duty Swivel Caster Set: Allows you to easily move the unit around as needed.
  • Single or Double Overhead Shelves: Provides extra storage space above the main unit.
  • Ceiling-Mount Pot Rack: Hangs pots, pans, and other cooking utensils from the ceiling, freeing up counter and cabinet space.

Care & Maintenance:

  • Apply Boos® Mystery Oil to the maple top monthly to keep it well-oiled. Then, seal the surface with Board Cream to maximize moisture resistance.
  • Clean up spills right away. Never submerge the wood surface in water or put it in the dishwasher.
  • Use a soft cloth and a non-chloride cleaner to clean the stainless steel components, wiping in the direction of the grain.
  • Steer clear of abrasive pads or bleach to preserve the stainless steel finish and maintain the NSF sanitation rating.
